Créama Buscaro: photography by Jeff Byrnes

Country Colors

Yup, I’ve been awful about updating this blog, which makes the next statement seem pretty odd: I started another one (http://seighlean.wordpress.com/) using surfing and the lifestyle as a platform from which to discuss a variety of topics. Essentially, I’ve been shooting and editing like mad since the last time I posted here and I’ve been very busy learning about new software, social media (for marketing purposes), and other related technology. I’ve primarily been shooting surfing and surf-related material in order to further flesh out this aspect of my portfolio, which has been pretty thin up until now. I’ve also spent a lot of time taking advantage of the amazing weather that was on offer for most of the “winter” here in Southern California, capturing many a stunning sunset in and around Los Angeles. Currently, I am back in Ventura where I will be posting up through the summer before making it back down to San Diego. The following image was captured in Ventura while on a nature hike in the hills behind the small city looking for different perspectives to shoot from. From now on I will be doing my best to provide a fresh post once a week. Apologies for abandoning the post for so long.
